Linda is a talented personal injury attorney who ensures that her clients can focus on their recovery while she focuses on resolving their case. Linda was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and attended high school in Austin, Texas. She graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. In 2008, Linda earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. At Vanderbilt, Linda served as Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review and Managing Associate Justice of the Moot Court Board.
After law school, Linda clerked for Judge Harris L. Hartz on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After her clerkship, Linda began her practice of law as a litigation associate at Winston & Strawn in Washington, D.C. At Winston & Strawn, Linda worked on complex commercial cases in a variety of areas, including environmental, maritime, and intellectual property.
Linda then discovered a passion for helping people seek compensation for their injuries. She returned to Texas, where she worked as an associate at Watts Guerra in Austin. There she gained significant experience in pharmaceutical products liability, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death litigation and recovered substantial settlement amounts for her clients.
Linda is admitted to the Texas and Illinois State Bars. She has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2018 and 2019.
