Scott Crivelli has made a career out of protecting and serving those who need it most. At age 18, Scott committed to the U.S. Army as a cadet in the Indiana University R.O.T.C. program. Upon graduation he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army. During his time at Indiana University he realized that knowledge was power against the injustices we as individuals face and decided to attend law school to better serve this country and the ideals it represents. After graduating from Indiana University, he attended Indiana University School of Law. Scott began active duty service in the United States Army upon graduation from law school. As a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, he was initially stationed at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio where he spent the first 4 years of his military career helping victims as a prosecutor and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney.

His next assignment found him defending the constitutional rights of service members in the Army’s busiest military justice jurisdiction at Fort Hood, Texas. Through his diligent and impassioned work ethic, he built a reputation as one of the military’s best trial lawyers, handling some of the Army’s most high profile cases across the country.

In 2012, Scott was invited to join one of the largest personal injury firms in Texas, where he has personally served over a thousand clients in their battles against big insurance companies, multi-national corporations and national trucking firms. After being named this firm’s “Attorney of the Year” in 2013, Scott was quickly promoted to partner in charge of the firm’s largest personal injury department. Through the same work ethic and sense of duty to justice that he showed as an army officer and lawyer, Scott has helped thousands recover fair and just compensation for seriously injured people involved in trucking accidents, car wrecks, wrongful death incidents, on-the-job injuries and many other types of cases where people were by someone else’s negligence.

Scott has two young children. He instills in them the same intolerance for bullies that has driven his legal career. He understands the need to protect one’s family and loved ones. With this understanding, he co-founded his legal practice at Gibbs & Crivelli to help you even the odds against the insurance giants.
